Embroidered items cannot be returned or replaced.
Please double check your embroidery options above.
We can ONLY refund embroidered items that were due to mistakes on our end.
Any mis-spellings, all capital letters etc. per order are delivered to the specifications YOU enter into your order.
Shipments to HI, AK or outside the continental US are subject to additional shipping charges.
Florida residents will be charged an additional 7% sales tax.
A 15% Restocking Fee will be applied to all returns.
